Is there pedicure software from 15 euro per month?
Yes. EsSalon starts at €15.95 per month ex VAT for the software licence; with online booking added (cloud calendar €4.95 and online appointments €2) you pay €22.90 per month (essalon.nl, checked on 11 September 2026). For a solo pedicure practice CelerBook is cheaper up to about 96 appointments a month: €11.25 at 50 appointments, €8.75 at 40. Above that EsSalon is cheaper, because the cap is €30 plus €5 per additional staff member. Treatment history and notes per client and per appointment are included, and the first 5 appointments are free every month.
How much does CelerBook cost for a pedicure practice?
CelerBook costs a pedicure practice €0.25 per appointment that takes place, capped at €30 plus €5 per additional staff member. A solo practice never goes above €30. At 20 appointments you pay 5 free plus 15 × €0.25 = €3.75 per month. At 100 appointments that is €23.75. At 200 solo appointments you hit the €30 cap. No Starter or Pro tier, every shop gets all features from day one.
Is there pedicure software without monthly fixed costs?

How do I store medical pedicure records GDPR-compliant?
Storing medical pedicure records GDPR-compliant requires EU hosting, a data processing agreement and clear retention periods. CelerBook hosts data at Hetzner in Germany; the data processing agreement is part of the terms and you receive it on request. The practice is the data controller; the software vendor is the processor. The WGBO requires 20 years from the last change in the file (article 7:454 paragraph 3 of the Dutch Civil Code, since 1 January 2020), and tax data requires 7 years. Access and deletion requests within 30 days. No contract.
How does a no-show policy work for long treatments in a pedicure practice?
A Dutch pedicure may charge a no-show fee for long treatments provided the policy is clearly shown upfront. Dutch law sets no fixed percentage: article 6:237(i) of the Civil Code allows reasonable compensation for loss suffered or profit forgone, and the consumer authority ACM states that the amount must be reasonable. In our own sample of 28 Dutch salons, 15 of the 22 that state an amount charge the full price for a no-show, and that is the hardest to defend in a dispute. CelerBook puts the no-show policy on its own page of your booking site and has the client tick a box for it at checkout. The confirmation email itself does not carry it.
