Is there spa software from 15 euro per month?

How does a no-show policy work for long treatments in a spa?
A Dutch spa may charge a no-show fee for long treatments provided the policy is clearly shown upfront. Dutch law sets no fixed percentage: article 6:237(i) of the Civil Code allows reasonable compensation for loss suffered or profit forgone, and the consumer authority ACM states that the amount must be reasonable. In our own sample of 28 Dutch salons, 15 of the 22 that state an amount charge the full price for a no-show, and that is the hardest to defend in a dispute. CelerBook puts the no-show policy on its own page of your booking site and has the client tick a box for it at checkout. The confirmation email itself does not carry it. Clients pay in the spa, so the fee is invoiced afterwards. No contract.
