How does CelerBook pricing work exactly?

The rate is €0.25 per completed appointment, capped at €30 per month plus €5 per active staff member. The first 5 appointments per month are free every month. A solo salon never goes above €35; with 2 staff it is €40. At 20 appointments you pay 5 free plus 15 × €0.25 = €3.75. At 100 appointments that is €23.75. Client card, multi-staff calendar, online booking page, marketing emails and reports are all included in this rate.

Do no-shows count toward the rate?

No. CelerBook only charges €0.25 per completed appointment. If a client does not show up, that costs you nothing in the CelerBook rate. In the calendar you mark the appointment as no-show and billing skips it. Your salon's no-show policy is automatically shown during online booking and in the confirmation email, so the client explicitly accepts the policy.

Am I locked into anything with CelerBook?

No. No contract, no notice period, no credit card at signup, no setup fee. Want to stop? Just stop scheduling new appointments and your invoice automatically winds down to zero. We only charge what you actually use: €0.25 per appointment that takes place. First 5 per month free.

How does my client book an appointment online?

Accepted Answer

You share a personal booking link, for example via Instagram, WhatsApp or an in-salon QR code. The client picks a service, then a staff member, then a time slot from the available openings, fills in name, phone and email, and confirms. The whole process takes around 30 seconds. The client gets a confirmation email instantly and you see the appointment in your calendar right away. The client pays in the salon after the treatment, no online deposit required. The booking page is available 24 hours a day.

Can multiple staff each have their own calendar?

Yes. Every staff member gets their own working hours, their own services and their own prices. A senior can charge €35 for a treatment where a junior asks €25. During online booking the client picks a staff member first and then sees only that person's free slots. In the week view, staff sit next to each other in separate columns. The cap scales with you: €30 plus €5 per active staff member.

Can I put my own brand on the online booking page?

Yes. You get a personal subdomain in the form yourname.celerbook.com, with your own logo, colours and salon photos. The page shows your services, prices, opening hours, an about section and a direct booking button. You upload images and set opening hours from the dashboard. The page is mobile-first and loads fast, even on a 4G connection. No extra cost.

What reports and analytics are inside CelerBook?

The dashboard shows today and this-week KPIs: number of appointments, revenue, no-show rate and utilisation per staff. In the analytics section you pick any period and see revenue per service, revenue per staff, busiest hours, client retention and peak vs quiet weeks. Per client you see visit frequency, total spend, reliability score and full treatment history. For your bookkeeper you can export a VAT report per quarter or year to Excel.

What does sending SMS reminders cost?

SMS reminders cost €0.11 ex VAT per appointment with SMS enabled, on top of the €0.25 base rate. Not capped: you pay for what you use, with no monthly bundle and no limit. Twilio delivers the messages, so international numbers work too. Email confirmations and email reminders are included in the base rate, so without SMS you have zero extra cost.

Do my appointments show up in Google Calendar?

Yes, one-way. Appointments booked in CelerBook automatically appear in the connected Google Calendar with the correct time, client name and service. You can connect per staff member or for the whole business. Changes and cancellations in CelerBook also push to Google. External events in Google (private appointments, other calendars) are not read back by CelerBook, so they do not block slots in your CelerBook calendar.

Does CelerBook comply with GDPR for client data?

Yes. CelerBook runs inside the European Union and hosts data in Germany. A data processing agreement is signed automatically at signup. Your salon is the data controller for the client data; CelerBook is the processor (article 28 GDPR). Clients can submit access or deletion requests via you; from the dashboard you export or delete data per client. Statutory retention follows your local law (in the Netherlands that is 7 years for accounting and 5 years for reservations).

It still works fine: services, duration, prices, currency and intake questions are fully your own to configure. First 5 appointments per month free, no contract.

How long does it take to set up CelerBook?

Between 10 and 30 minutes for a standard solo salon. You register your business, choose a subdomain name, add your services and prices, set opening hours, and your booking page is live. You upload logo and photos via the dashboard, no technical installation. With multiple staff add 2 to 3 minutes per person for working hours and individual prices. No consultant, no setup fee. First 5 appointments per month free.

How do I get my existing clients into CelerBook?

Manually, not via CSV import. CelerBook does not offer automatic client import at this time. Up to about 200 clients you enter yourself in roughly an hour via Clients - New client: name, email, phone number and an optional note. More than 200 clients? Email info@celerbook.com for help with a manual migration. Existing appointments do not need to be moved over: keep your old software running until the last booked appointment and schedule new appointments directly in CelerBook.

Question 15

Does CelerBook work offline or on a bad connection?

CelerBook is a web application and needs internet to read or change appointments. During a brief outage you can see the current week calendar as long as the tab stays open, but adding new appointments requires a connection. An offline write mode is not part of the product. On 4G or 5G CelerBook works fine, even on a busy day. Hosted in Germany at Hetzner with 99.9 percent uptime.
